SEPTEMBER 08, 2023 CHAINE DE ROTISSEURS CRUISE

 

"I should have written to you a long time ago about our September trip.  Fritz and I had such a great time on the La Chaine des Rotisseurs sponsored London to Lisbon cruise which you and Atlantis International planned and orchestrated on Silversea. 

 

Every detail was carefully coordinated and communicated from the beginning.    It was a first class trip.  Our first night stay and cocktail party at the Horseguard Hotel in London was lovely.  Our private tour of Winchester Cathedral was so impressive and just a prelude to what was to come on this trip. 

On board Silversea we were treated to private dining in specialty restaurants and a wonderful cooking class with the chef.   We were escorted on every excursion off the boat not only by a trained guide but also by representatives from Atlantis International, who again looked after every detail.

I can't stress enough about the great communication from beginning to end.  We were never in doubt about where we were going, what we were doing, what time, and even what we were to wear. 

Speaking of clothes, I loved the formal nights.  I still remember the looks and compliments we received as we walked into dinners in our nicest formal wear and our Chaine regalia.  There was so much interest in not just us but the Chaine organization too.

This was our first trip on Silversea and we were very impressed with our onboard experience.  The food was plentiful and delicious and the atmosphere and rooms were impressive.  The service from everyone on board was top notch.  I assure you that we will travel with them again.

Finally I can’t forget about how many friends we made from all over the world.  Not only with our Chaine group but others who were enjoying the Silver Seas experience with us.
