Take an elevator to a high-rise viewing platform and witness the vast urban ocean stretching out before you, dotted with skyscrapers that seem to touch the clouds. On clear days, you can even catch a glimpse of the majestic Mount Fuji’s cone. Tokyo’s transportation system is a marvel of modern engineering, seamlessly connecting its 14 districts with futuristic trains and subways. The city’s streets come alive with the energy of its inhabitants, with flashing advertisement boards, arcade machines, and a constant stream of people rushing to their destinations. One of Tokyo’s most iconic sights is the scramble crossing in Shibuya, where a massive crowd of people cross the streets at once, all synchronized to the beat of the music. Tokyo is a cultural melting pot, with a rich history dating back to the 7th century. Explore ancient temples, stunning palaces, and tranquil shrines, all adorned with intricate lanterns and surrounded by lush greenery. Savor the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine, from perfectly prepared sushi to thin slices of seafood served on wafer-thin plates. Immerse yourself in traditional Japanese culture by visiting teahouses for intricate ceremonies or joining locals at karaoke bars to sing the night away. Kagoshima (Kyushu Island), Japan
Day 4 | 21 April 2025
Kagoshima, one of Japan’s southernmost major cities, is home to the impressive Sakurajima volcano. This active volcano, with its cone dominating the skyline, is a sight to behold. You can take a ferry across the calm waters to the volcano’s foothills and imagine the similarities to Naples. As you sail along the stunning Kinko Bay, basking in the warm sunshine, you’ll be treated to an awe-inspiring view of the volcano. It’s not just a historical landmark; it’s still revered and feared, with the most recent eruption in 1914 creating a new bridge of land into the sea. If you’re looking to relax, try a black sand bath in the area. The warm sand will soothe your muscles, and you’ll feel rejuvenated as your blood circulates. Senganen Garden, built in 1658, offers a privileged view of the iconic volcano from its terraced garden. This elegant traditional garden has been in the Shimadzu family for over 350 years. Wander through the beautiful gardens, admire the cherry tree blossoms, and cross the tiny bridges over the ponds and rock pools. Afterward, treat yourself to a refreshing green matcha latte. For history buffs, museums in Kagoshima showcase the Feudal Era and Satsuma Province, as well as insights into the Kamikaze squadrons of World War II. And if you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the legendary Issie monster lurking in Lake Ikeda nearby.
Day at Sea
Day 5 | 22 April 2025
Sailing days are the ideal chance to kick back, relax, and catch up on all those things you’ve been putting off. Whether you’re hitting the gym, indulging in a spa day, catching up on your reading, or simply soaking up some sun, these blue sea days are the perfect way to balance the hustle and bustle of exploring the shore.
Incheon (Seoul), South Korea
Day 6 | 23 April 2025
Seoul, the bustling city next door, might seem flashy, but Incheon, just a short 27-kilometer drive away, has its own unique charm. This coastal city was the first to welcome the world in 1883, and it’s been enjoying a special bond with the West ever since. In fact, it was even given the title of “English Status” in 2007, and many residents are proud of their English skills. Incheon’s love for English has made it a thriving business hub, with towering skyscrapers and cutting-edge technology all around. But Incheon isn’t just about business; it’s also a cultural melting pot. It was the first city to welcome the Chinese, and today, its Chinatown is one of the most lively and welcoming places in the country. This vibrant mix of Chinese and Korean cultures is a feast for the senses. You’ll find delicious food, lively music, and friendly people everywhere you go. And let’s not forget about Jjajangmyeon, South Korea’s famous black soybean noodles. It’s said that this delicious dish originated in Incheon, so be sure to try a steaming bowl from one of the many vendors. Afterward, take a short 15-minute walk from Chinatown to the traditional Sinpo Market for a truly unforgettable culinary experience. Incheon is also steeped in history, especially during the Korean War. In 1950, General MacArthur led UN forces behind enemy lines to free the city from North Korean pressure. MacArthur’s victory is remembered with a statue in Jaya (Freedom) Park. But Incheon’s history goes back even further. The first historical record dates back to 475 CE, when the city was known as Michuhol. It wasn’t until 1413 that it officially became Incheon. So, whether you’re interested in business, culture, history, or just want to experience a vibrant city, Incheon is definitely worth checking out.
Exclusive Full Day Seoul Experience:
Get ready for a smooth and enjoyable ride from Incheon Cruise Terminal to Seoul with your very own English-speaking guide and driver!
Embark on a full-day adventure to Seoul, where you’ll witness the city’s most iconic landmarks. Our journey starts with a visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace, a magnificent structure built in 1395. Often called the Northern Palace, it stands out as the furthest north among neighboring palaces like Changdeokgung (the Eastern Palace) and Gyeongheegung (the Western Palace). Gyeongbokgung Palace is renowned for its breathtaking beauty and remains the grandest of the five grand palaces constructed during the Joseon Dynasty. After exploring the palace, we’ll head to the nearby folklore museum to delve into the rich history and cultural heritage of this vibrant region. Next, we’ll set off to Bukchon Hanok Village, a charming neighborhood where you’ll get to experience the beauty of traditional Korean-style homes called hanoks. Bukchon isn’t an official name, but it’s located north of Cheonggyecheon Stream and Jongno, the bustling downtown area of Seoul. Originally, it was the exclusive residence of royal family members and high-ranking government officials. Insa-dong Street is a must-visit attraction, representing the heart of Korean traditional culture and crafts. Here, you’ll find a wide array of specialty goods that are unique to Korea, including hanbok (traditional clothing), hanji (traditional paper), traditional teas, pottery, and folk crafts. As our day comes to an end, we’ll make a stop at Namdaemun Market, one of the most famous and historic markets in Korea. From there, we’ll head to Hancook, a place where traditional Korean cuisine and modern fashion intertwine. Hancook offers two unique dining experiences: Hansang, a table full of food, and a chance to enjoy a delicious Korean meal with a stunning view. Hancook is committed to sharing the rich food tradition and culture of Korea with the world. Our English-speaking guide and driver will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable transfer from Seoul to Incheon Cruise Terminal, where you’ll embark on your cruise.
Incheon (Seoul), South Korea
Day 7 | 24 April 2025
Seoul, the capital of South Korea, is a bustling city on the Han River. It’s the largest city in the country, with over 10 million people living there. Seoul is also a major cultural, economic, and political center in East Asia. The city has a long history, dating back to 18 BC when it was founded by the people of Baekje, one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea. Even though Seoul has had a rough past, it’s been rebuilt and is now a vibrant and exciting city. You’ll find historic palaces and modern skyscrapers, all mixed together. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone who loves exploring new places.
Jeju, South Korea
Day 8 | 25 April 2025
Jeju Island is a must-visit for Koreans seeking a nature paradise. With its stunning coastlines and lush countryside, it’s no wonder it’s a popular holiday destination.
To make the most of your trip, start early with a sunrise hike up Seongsan Ilchulbong, also known as Sunrise Peak. This extinct volcano boasts a massive grassy crater at the top, making it the perfect spot to witness the breathtaking sunrise. Don’t forget your camera!
For a more immersive experience, explore the island on foot by following the Jeju Olle Trails. These well-organized hikes offer a variety of lengths and breathtaking views. Keep an eye out for the iconic Dol Hareubang, or stone grandfathers, scattered throughout the island. Their origins are shrouded in mystery, but locals believe they possess protective powers.
No trip to Jeju is complete without indulging in the island’s culinary delights. With a vibrant street food scene and numerous restaurants, you’ll find a wide range of local specialties to tantalize your taste buds. Be sure to try the succulent black pork, a unique island delicacy, and the fresh seafood caught by the hardworking Haenyeos. These remarkable women are known for their incredible diving skills and dedication to their craft.
As the day comes to an end, head to Hyeopjae Beach for a relaxing sunset. Lie back and enjoy the stunning view of the sun sinking over the horizon, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your final moments on Jeju Island.

Hong Kong, China
Day 11 | 28 April 2025
Hong Kong is a city that’s both modern and traditional, with towering skyscrapers and ancient temples. It’s a vibrant and exciting place, with a mix of bustling streets and serene parks. You can see the city’s skyline from the Star Ferry, where the Symphony of Lights show is a must-see. Hong Kong is a foodie’s paradise, with delicious dim sum and milky tea. And if you want to experience a more traditional side of Hong Kong, head to Western, where you’ll find a mix of Chinese culture and modern amenities. Hong Kong is a bustling city with a mix of residential towers, restaurants, shopping malls, bars, convention centers, museums, and more. Depending on your luck and the horse you bet on, you might also find yourself at the Happy Valley Racecourse, one of Hong Kong’s luckiest or unluckiest spots. Kowloon is a large area on the Chinese mainland across Victoria Harbour from Central. Tsim Sha Tsui, at the tip of Kowloon peninsula, is a popular spot with glitzy shops, top-notch museums, and stunning views of the skyline across the water. Just to the north are the lively market streets of Mong Kok in the dense residential neighborhoods beyond, two of Hong Kong’s most captivating spiritual sights, Wong Tai Sin Temple and Chi Lin Nunnery. As you explore this huge metropolis (which is easy to do with the excellent transportation network), keep in mind that streets are usually numbered odd on one side and even on the other. There’s no fixed starting point for street numbers or a block-based numbering system, but street signs will always indicate the building numbers for any given block.
Hong Kong, China
Day 12 | 29 April 2025
Hong Kong has its own government and economy, separate from mainland China, under the ‘one country, two systems’ principle. It started as a small farming and fishing village, but now it’s a major financial hub and port in the world. Hong Kong is the fourth-largest global financial center, the ninth-largest exporter, and the eighth-largest importer.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Day 15 | 02 May 2025
Ho Chi Minh City is a whirlwind of sights, sounds, and smells. It’s a place where ancient temples blend with colonial buildings, and the locals are warm and friendly. Formerly known as Saigon, the city was called the Pearl of the Orient by the French. Afternoons here are a breeze, floating along the River Saigon as taxi boats and motor canoes zip by. Parks fill up with locals playing jianzi and kicking shuttlecocks. The French left their mark on the city with the Saigon Notre Dame Basilica, with its grand double bell towers and red brick. Just across the street, you’ll find the famous Ho Chi Minh Post Office, which was mistakenly thought to be designed by Gustav Eifel. It was actually another Frenchman, Alfred Foulhoux, who designed it. The French also brought coffee culture to the city, and a cold iced coffee from one of the many coffee shops will instantly give you a boost. To truly experience Ho Chi Minh City, you have to try the street food. Humble restaurants serve up delicious flavors, like the Vietnamese take on the baguette, a banh mi sandwich, and the local favorite, pho, a tasty noodle soup. The Tortoise Pagoda is a peaceful escape and a place of worship for Vietnamese who practice Buddhism and Taoism. The Vietnamese Medical Museum has a fascinating collection of remedies and potions, some dating back to the Stone Age. If you’re interested in learning more about the Vietnam War, visit the Remnants Museum and Cu Chi tunnels. These tunnels offer a vivid glimpse into the conditions during the war and the ingenuity and resilience of the soldiers. You’ll learn about the guerrilla war campaign that raged from within this network of war tunnels, which stretched for 70 miles.

Singapore, Singapore

Advanced, airy and elevated, Singapore is a spectacular, futuristic vision of utopian city life. A healthy population of almost six million call it home, but this is a city designed with space to breathe, and gorgeous outdoor parks, massive indoor greenhouses and beautiful recreational spaces spread between the City of Gardens' skyscrapers and soaring structures. Once a quiet fishing village, now a glistening island city-state and an international beacon of science, education and technology. Singapore is almost intimidatingly clean - and the hyper-efficient public transport system whips residents and visitors across the city's neighborhoods in a heartbeat. Glorious fountains and audacious skyscrapers loom up - nodding to traditional feng shui beliefs - and putting on dazzling illuminated displays after dark. The lush green botanical gardens are a spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Site, covering 52 hectares and decorated with impressive colorful orchids or breathe in more of the freshest air by heading up to wander the canopy strung bridges of MacRitchie Reservoir Park. Head for the iconic Marina Bay - a landmark of the city crowned by three interconnected towers, which watch out over island sprinkled waters. Jaunt between Little India and the atmospheric Chinatown in minutes, where beautiful temples - like the Chinese Thian Hock Keng Temple and Hindu Sri Mariamman Temple add rich cultural intrigue. Singapore's cuisine is a mouthwatering fusion of its Indian, Chinese, Indonesian, and Malay influences, taking and enhancing the best of each. Enjoy dishes in towering restaurants or toast the glowing skyline with the city's eponymous gin-soaked cocktail - a Singapore Sling.
